Thanks to the turbulence of life as a military spouse and the COVID-19 pandemic, it took me five years to complete all of the requirements to become a fully-licensed therapist, so trust me when I say—I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the challenges faced by counselor candidates.

I now have ten years of clinical experience and specialize in treating trauma and all of the challenges our clients face in life because of it. Our supervision relationship will be collaborative. I will share my wealth of clinical knowledge with you, and the things that I don’t know, we will explore and learn about together. You will receive regular feedback both structured and unstructured, and we will work together to ensure you are meeting all of your licensure requirements and engaging in meaningful and ethical practice.
